- I've about had it trying to make my USR Sporster 28.8 work. I get
- dropped on a regular basis and so far havent' found any init strings that
- improve the connection time. Any help anyone can give me would be geatly
- appreciated. For what it's worth, here's some of the basic info:
- 1 ROM 9/94
- 2. 482 DX2
- 3. Most problems are when using Netscape.
- 4. Errors aren't comm overruns
- 5. Tried all the basic init strings, some suggested by my internet
- provider, and some of my own out of frustration.
-
- Bye the way, I'm told there's an init string that will give me a reading
- on my line noise but have been unable to find it. Does anyone know it?
- I'd like to insert in Trumpet Winsock if possible.
-
- Thanks,
- Larry
